Looks delicious to me. My brother-in-law brewed a very similar stout recipe which won first place in a big contest in Southern England.
I'm intrigued by your yeast choice, too. Ironically, he used a multi-step mash for incredible mash efficiency and a high-attenuating alt yeast like you. Those techniques struck me as very German, but it sure had a classic English taste anyway.

I'll be honest, the yeast selection is simply because I've got some that needs using. Lol.
