Feedback Required: Off Road IPA Recipe

Post by injac » Tue Mar 03, 2015 11:28 am

Hi All,

Preparing for my 3rd BIAB and wanting to use up some leftover hops I've had in a while from my kit adapting days. How does this one sound:

19l Batch - OFF ROAD IPA

3500 Golden Promise
100g Crystal Malt

Target - 20g 60 min
Centennial - 20g 30 min
Willamette - 12g 0 min
Cascade - 10g 0 min

1 Whirlpool tablet
S-04 Yeast or maybe Gervin?
In the FV:
NEIPA with Apollo/Vic Secret/Citra

I bet that'll be tasty. I like the flavour of Willamette with at least some boil time, so maybe back it up to 15 min? You could save some of the Centennial for the flame-out addition if you're wanting an extra aroma charge.

Happy brewing!

I would definitely order a pint (or three) of that!
