Stocks are running low at the moment, I have plenty of MO so that bit is ok.
Rest of the inventory is:
little bits of Chocolate malt, roasted barley and black malt
Hops I have 100g of both Phoenix and Cascade.
Do these go together at all? I'm not desperate to brew so I could wait till I get to the brewery again, I have a SMaSH that needs bottling tomorrow so I suppose I could make another SMaSH, but I was hoping for something more exciting.
Any ideas?
Can I make anything with this?

Hmm... sounding like a basis for a Porter to me
Maris, with some choc and black for colour and flavour, and SMASH'd with the Phoenix.
Phoenix Porter (Brown Porter)
Original Gravity (OG): 1.042 (°P): 10.5
Final Gravity (FG): 1.011 (°P): 2.8
Alcohol (ABV): 4.13 %
Colour (SRM): 28.0 (EBC): 55.2
Bitterness (IBU): 20.3 (Average)
80% Maris Otter Malt
14% Crystal 120
4% Chocolate
2% Black Roasted Barley
1 g/L Phoenix (8% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
0.7 g/L Phoenix (8% Alpha) @ 15 Minutes (Aroma)
Single step Infusion at 66°C for 90 Minutes. Boil for 75 Minutes
Fermented at 20°C with Danstar Windsor
Recipe Generated with BrewMate
As a rough start ?

- sounds nice for a dark, malty beer to me. English Hop too....Phoenix has excellent fresh flavour characteristics that include pine, floral, chocolate, molasses and slightly spicy...

Sounds good thanks, little amounts being no more than 200g of each. Would be nice to use those grains before they get past their best as well.
Re: Can I make anything with this?
My planned brewday did not go ahead as planned, so am back here for inspiration!
I've been to LHBS today and got some Amber Malt and some Crystal. I also checked the hops and it is Chinook that I have and not Cascade.
Would prefer to steer away from porters/stouts as I'm not overly keen on them.
I'm going to have a play with BeerSmith later to see what I can get from the grains, looking for something OSH coloured (ish) as I have a couple of light beers in the garage. Not sure on the hop schedule though.
