hop combinations

Post by robbarwell » Sat Mar 21, 2015 9:34 am

Looked in my hop store today. I have:-

1) Cascade...Loads of it
2) Chinook
3) Centennial
4) Topaz
5) Willamette
6) Galaxy
7) Brewers Gold
8) a few Goldings

Looks like it might be a few pales then!!

Don't rule out hoppy dark ales. Nothing wrong with malt and hop complexity! :)

Lots of good stuff there, happy brewing!

Think India porter and let your mind free! I'd go for BG, Topaz and Centennial for something balanced and unusual.

That sounds good to me. Plus Chinook for bittering addition?
