Supplies are gone

Not being a conventional sort content to fit into boxes I am fusing a few things together in this brew.
The grain bill is loosely inspired by a BCR/steam beer type beer with a generous dollop of flaked rice, but I will be adding a modest handful of chocolate malt to the sparge for a darker colour without too much of the roasty flavour. I am aiming for something in line with a darker English bitter in colour, with a bready/biscuity note but lighter body and good carbonation. Hop wise I am using a combination of Tasmanian Helga and French Aramis in 3 stages (FWH, 15 min, post boil steep) with an emphasis on noble(ish) flavour and aroma and modest IBU's at about 27 (plus some bitterness from the steep).
Recipe as follows: (25L)
Pale malt: 69%
Flaked rice: 23%
Caramalt: 8%
OG 1.044
Hop schedule:
Aramis (7.5%) FWH 12IBU
Helga (4.5%) FWH 7IBU
Aramis 15 mins 5IBU
Helga 15 mins 3IBU
Post boil steep: Aramis 20g / Helga 20g
Yeast will be neutral west coast style fermented as low as I can get without stalling for an FG of about 1.011 all things being equal.
Everything is weighed out ready for an early start in the morning - looking forward to this already

EDIT: Hmmmmmm, sure I had some CRS somewhere but for the life of me I can't find it - oh well....... will have to use the old boiling up method of carbonate reduction for this brew. Must start a shopping list
