I fancy Born To Die

vagely bitter, exceptionally
dry, this IPA is born to die on a
predetermined day. It proudly
displays its short-lived life span front
and centre.
There is no better time to drink this
than the moment you get your paws
on it.
Awesome bitterness backed up by
unrelenting aromas of resin, citrus,
and juicy fruit. Born To Die is a
eulogy to the hops that sacrificed
themselves in its creation.
An incredibly ambitious and
satisfying small batch brew.

Trashy blonde was one of my favourite and didn't seem awful.
Will get to round to it eventually...

Or maybe ignore what other people think and make what YOU like to drink.

I printed out a few to try out. #14 Trashy blonde, #35 Movember, #39 Alpha Dog are solid recipes (and the ingredients come out at £11 a 20l batch).
might throw a curve ball and try to make a batch of the Nanny state. Quite a complex malt and hop schedule but it might be worth a go to have a 0.5% brew in your locker.
Grainfather conical standard bitter
Corny Keg 1 - Silver still spirits tonic water
Corny Keg 2 - Purple empty
Corny Keg 3 - Copper low % ale
Demi Johns

Might be a really good school night ale!

I found it pretty easy to narrow down, given that I thought most of them sound like they're either shite or will work out at about a tenner a bottle to brew. I whittled it down to maybe a dozen and just printed those pages.
