Thanks Jim, I'm away that w/e at Twickenham for the rugby final.
I'll see if I'm fit to do it on the Monday as its a bank holiday.

I realise that this thread is a couple of years old now, but I had a bash at this last week.

How did it turn out for everyone else, and would it benefit from dry hopping?

If so, Goldings or cascade?

I've made this a few times now; some were slight variations depending on what hops I had in stock, but they all turned out well.

Dry hopping certainly won't harm it; I would go for Goldings, but it's a matter of personal preference really.
