Cascade DIPA

Another one planned. I have a load of cascade so... What do you think? Never brewed a DIPA before, 2 packs of yeast?

I don't think you've quite reached the ABV to be able to call it a DIPA but you can call it what you want.

If you're going for a higher strength beer, that amount of crystal is going to potentially cause you problems.

Other than that I think you're good to go.

I wondered about the Crystal, I was thinking of subbing 250 of wheat with the Crystal.

Oh and aye, not quite the OG of a IIPA but it's destined for 500ml bottles so needs to be limited really.

Evolving. OG raised, batch vol reduced, Crystal reduced, wheat added, IBUs raised.
