The only change I would make is to increase your wheat malt to 500 g more than the other base.

Lose the whirlflock, haze is your friend when making wheat ales. Your recipe looks fine however you can do stuff like add a little spice, use some unmalted wheat add some citrus rind (lemons, oranges etc) and just generally have some fun with it. 

Drinking:Saison (in bottles), Belgian Dubbel (in bottles), Oud Bruin (in bottles), Olde Ale (in bottles),
Abbey Triple (in bottles), Munich Helles, Best Bitter (TT Landlord clone), English IPA
Conditioning: Traditional bock bier, CAP
Fermenting: Munich Dunkel
Next up: Bitter (London Pride like), ESB
