Hello,
I'm keen to brew a session IPA as fantastic as Weird Beard's Little Things That Kill. Low in alcohol but big in hops and most importantly body. Their blog is a good start:

My first stab at the recipe is below and I would appreciate your thoughts:
Small Assassins
20 litre batch
2.9kg Maris Otter (69%)
0.33kg Pale Crystal Malt (7.8%)
0.33kg Flaked Oats (7.8%)
0.33kg Wheat Malt (7.8%)
0.33kg Lactose (7.8%)
17g each of Mosaic, Amarillo and Cascade at 75mins (AA 10%)
17g each of Mosaic, Amarillo and Cascade at 0mins
17g each of Mosaic, Amarillo and Cascade dry hop
Mash thin at 68 degC
Danstar BRY-97 at 18degC
OG 1.045 FG 1.016
IBU 64
SRM 7
ABV 3.8%
Low carbonation levels

Re: Little Things That Kill or thereabouts
I've not tried the beer before, but here are my thoughts on your recipe:
1. 64IBU on a 3.8% beer strikes me as a bit on the high side. I'd look to knock it down to nearer the 40/45 mark (that said, I'm not a fan of high IBU beers, so this may suit your tastes).
2. Using those hops for bittering strikes me as a waste. I would bitter to your desired IBU with something neutral like magnum, and add some of what you've saved to your dry hop bill.
3. Lastly, I've not used BRY-97 before, but is it likely to produce the low attenuation that you are looking for (64%)?

This may help you decide on whether you want to alter your IBU:

I had partially based things on the following post:
http://www.brewuk.co.uk/forums/viewtopi ... 4&p=135859
This is where BRY-97 came from and the post suggest IBU is 96, which I've shied away from a bit.
The hop varieties came from Weird Beard's blog (above)

This suggests that the IBU level is 50. Given the vast disparity in the two posts, have you considered contacting Weird Beard and asking them about it. They may even share their recipe.
