Got a few random hops I've got no idea what to do with all 100g packs

Helga
Sylva ( think that's how it's spelt)
Nz pacific gem
Styrian eureka

Got alot of hops I could combine with such as topaz, ella cascade, chinook

Any help greatly received

I would make single hop brews to see how they each turn out.

Yea might use columbus to bitter then stick lots in late and try hop see how it works out
