Every easter i have a tradition of brew something, and this year will be a something light and refreshing for the warm days... and something that the shitty lager drinkers tolerate

It won't be light and refreshing at that mash temp and using Vienna and Munich to those levels. If you want to stick with the malt bill I would mash at 64 at the most. This will make it far more fermentable so it could finish a lot lower and be a little more alcoholic because of it. If you don't want that I would adjust the grain bill down across the board. You are only using Magnum as a bittering hop so I would put in some late aroma hops and think about dry hopping some more. I'm not familiar with Helles as a style so this view is based on your light and refreshing requirement. It will certainly surprise the Lager drinkers as it should have a lot of flavour coming from the malt.

I'm aware that this is a bit late for your Easter deadline but hey, there's always next time. What i like to brew for this sort of crowd is this:
45% lager/pilsner malt
45% pale ale malt
10% flaked rice or maize
then take a 100g pack of your favourite American hop, stick 25-30 IBU's worth in at the start of the boil then stick the remainder in at flame out.
Ferment with Mangrove Jacks California lager yeast at 18 degC.
Job done.
