I'm trying to brew a new recipe, it is 22.7 lts,but in order to not wasting so much ingredients, I would like to divide que recipe for 5 lts, is that possible? Or which arrangements do I need to do ?

Yea its fine, but for bittering hops utilization drops quite a lot, so use a recipe calculator or at least a bitterness counter to get the IBU right.
