I brewed this beer recently, without any intention of it tasting like guiness at all. I simply wanted to use up a load of ingredients I had left over from previous brews. The reason behind the name dirty badger, was because part of the grain bill was wheat.... 9/10 times this results in a cloudy/murky beer even with finings.
The resulting colour and taste was immensely different from what I was expecting, and I have a few family and friends who after sampling said they were shocked how similar to guiness it was.
I hope someone gets some good results from following my method detailed in the attached picture.... I am eager to hear what other people's experiences are with it
