For any guiness lovers who are out there...
I brewed this beer recently, without any intention of it tasting like guiness at all. I simply wanted to use up a load of ingredients I had left over from previous brews. The reason behind the name dirty badger, was because part of the grain bill was wheat.... 9/10 times this results in a cloudy/murky beer even with finings.
The resulting colour and taste was immensely different from what I was expecting, and I have a few family and friends who after sampling said they were shocked how similar to guiness it was.
I hope someone gets some good results from following my method detailed in the attached picture.... I am eager to hear what other people's experiences are with it

Re: Guiness clone (aka Dirty Badger)
I recently did a no-boil extract stout that came out very Guinness like.
I cold steeped 8 ounces of roast barley, 4 ounces of caraffa II, and 4 ounces of blackprinz overnight. But stupidly left the cold steep out of the fridge at room temperature inadvertently doing a mini sour mash.
It's actually pretty good.

I'm just here for the beer.
