I still need to brew for Xmas yet.

Something about 4.5% and pale for the beer engine, I think!

I'll have various bottles built up, a few cellared belgians, and then the bulk will be:
Strawbeery - (strawberry wheat)
A Euro lager - kind of Dortmunderish
American Pale ale with NZ D Saaz hops
English Pale ale, if there is any of the keg left by then otherwise I might have to make another.
Another lager, bittered with Green Bullet and something noble, if I get it made in time...

I put on 10 gallons of bitter with Vossy's goldings but I think it's gone south with some dodgy yeast. Time will tell with that one.

I've got about 8 gallons of fairly strong porter and some lager left. I'm hoping to brew some oatmeal stout and maybe a batch of dark mild.

Well I have the Black Wheat And Rye Beer which has matured into a very nice drop, and also a Historical Mild which again is very nice. Neither are particularly potent as they finished a bit high (Mashed hot and fermented with Windsor and Brewferm Wheat), but definitely chewy :)

And for regular drinking there is the Quaff Ale. . . . I may even have a sneaky snifter of two of the Historical IPA brewed, back on 911, although its nowhere near matured enough yet.

I've got a London Pride conditioning in the barrel , a 'Brewers Choice' kit - Old Ale, hopefully ready for bottling this weekend and I'm brewing Fiddler's Elbow today. should have got my finger out a bit earlier me thinks.

Next on the list is Winter Royal from MO's book. Never tried it but sounds good and hoping to have some sorted for New Year. :D
