First brew of the year

Happy new year to you all, Im just getting my first brew of the year started, Ive never used Munich malt before and ive just got some new hops in stock, Bobek 4%AA, thought I'd give them both a try today.

Munich Bek Water
4kg Maris Otter
500g Munich malt
300g Crystal malt
10g Chocolate malt
20g Fuggles 90min
20g Progress 60min
20g Bobek 30min
10g Bobek 15min
1 Protafloc 15min

5 gallon
IBU 29.8
SRM 98.2
ABV 4.6

I ordered Styrian from Farams and this Bobek turned up there not on there website, thought id keep them and give them a go, I think there like styrian.

BOBEK

• AROMATIC VARIETY GROWN IN SLOVENIA SINCE 1975
• ITS MILD, EXCELLENT AROMA IS COUPLED WITH MODERATE BITTERNESS.

CHARACTERISTICS:
• Small to medium size oval cones
• Medium late maturing
• Good resistance to wilt, moderate resistance to powdery mildew
• Yield: 1600 - 2000 kg/ha
• Good storage stability

ACIDS COMPONENTS
Alpha Acids: 3,5 - 7,8 % w/w
Beta Acids: 4,0 - 6,1 % w/w
Cohumolone: 27 - 31 % of alpha acids

OIL COMPONENTS
Total Oil: 0,7 - 4,0 %
Myrcene: 30 - 45 %
Humulene: 13 - 19 %
Caryophyllene: 4 - 6 %
Farnesene: 4 - 7 %

From what I've heard, they are Styrians, but grown in Slovenia rather than Germany. I have heard reports from a commercial brewer whoi has been using them for the last year and they can be used interchangeably for Styrians just allowing for the fact that Styrians are 2% Alpha and the Bobek are 4%
