Easter Ale???
Are there any traditional ale recipes associated with Easter and Spring...? (There are certainly plenty of Christmas Ales out there)...

Yep, My Easter Ale !
I'm brewing on saturday, (it's time all the bitter is drunk), it's an all grain brew.
What do you think about my recipe?
for 50 ltr:
grist: 8 kg pilsen malt
100 gr crystal
600 gr roat barley
1 kg flaked barley
hop: bittering: 80 gr of target
last 5 mn 40 gr saaz
yes it's a stout, I really love it, hope this will be good !!
