
we've drunk 2 kegs (2x20ltr) of my beer, which was very good :rolleyes:
first keg was a pale ale:
9kg pale malt
0.2 kg crystal
mash 1.5hr at 66.5°
sparge: 79°
250gr saaz (2.3%) boil 1hr and 40gr liberty (5%) + copperkleer (3g) last 15 mn
yeast: winsor 22 gr
og: 1044 - fg: 1008
very quafflable :beer

second keg (corny) was a bitter:
8.5 kg pale malt
560 gr crystal
40 gr roast
mash 1.5 hr at 67°
sparge: 80°
55 gr jy's columbus (14%) :rolleyes: boil 1 hr
and 15 gr fuggle (4.4%) last 15 mn with 3gr copperkleer
yeast: S04 23 gr
og: 1040
very good again :beer
the recipes are for 50ltr


we also had a meal, some wine, port, ..... :stun
very good meeting, and i'm still the chairman :pink
