I got a Youngs Brewbuddy Bitter kit for a tenner off ebay. Don't expect it's anything out of the ordinary. Has anyone made one and can you tell me how bitter it is? I was thinking of getting a Coopers Family Secret Amber Ale kit from Boyes for a tenner and putting the two together as a Toucan brew, making a hop tea from Northdown and EKG English hops and using an English Ale yeast, to get a better quality English style Ale out of the Brewbuddy kit.
Anyone got any knowledge of these two kits or any thoughts on my possible brew?
