What pressures do you guys use with ale in a cornie for: Force carbonation, storage and dispensing?
For my first brew in a cornie I didn't have a regulator so I primed as normal and after a week checked with a tyre pressure gauge adapted to fit the disconnect, the reading was 4psi.
Then having a reg I connected the keg to the Co2 and set 8psi for a week, topping up each day as required as the Co2 was absorbed.
I have dispensed at this pressure and get a slow steady flow with a nice head and a beer with minimal carbonation, I would like slightly more and think 9 - 10psi would give results more to my taste.
This seem to contradict most of what I have read regarding lowering the pressure to dispense. Does it need more time to fully carbonate at 8psi?
I store at approx 13C, the beer line is 3/8" and just over 2m long.
Co2 pressures
If you can accurately setup both the storage temp of your cornie and the co2 pressure your applying, you can use a carbonation chart to accurately adjust the volume of dissolved co2 in your beer.

Just set the reg and away you go!
I often speed up the process by leaving the beer initially at a high psi of about 30 for a day or two, no more, before venting the keg and dropping down to my desired pressure, I find it speeds up co2 absorbtion without over carbonating.
