After finally entering the world of digital photography, here are some photos of my set up, my first attempts with my 1st digital camera!

Image

King kegs with creamflow taps fitted, kit caps come in handy as drip trays.

Image

Boiler, mash tun, CFC & fermenting buckets.

Image

The results of my hard work!

Image

Must get these filled up before the summer arrives, there are 8 more the other side of the king kegs!

Image

Whisky galore!

Wine racks

Image

Small rack, small fridge & my christmas box in the fermenter which is clearing up nicely now, it is a Selection Cabernet/Shiraz, must stop playing with this camera & rack the wine!

I prefer a full bodied red myself so I usually go for the Selection range, they are not cheap but still excellent value. My brother in law enjoys a good quality wine and he reckons that you would pay around £15 per bottle in the shops for a similiar quality wine. In the warmer weather I sometimes prefer a slightly less robust wine & the Vintners reserve range are a pleasant wine to drink.

Mrs H prefers Whites & Rose herself, not too full bodied, the Beaverdale Chardonnay & Hop & Grape delicate Rose are her favourites.

I've just done a Shiraz from Kit and it's better than any of the £5.99 bottles I normally buy.

Nice set up..what a stockpile! Nice to have such a booze buffer. It removes the temptation of drinking stuff before it's properly mature. :D
