Sampling valves

Post by Reg » Mon Jul 18, 2005 11:06 am

http://www.keofitt.dk/how_it_works.htm Well it all sounds very professional although I've always just let the beer mature then sampled it extensively until the barrel's empty... :D

So a nice posh bit of kit for sure, but useful in the real world???

What do people think?

Probably a bit over budget for me! :D

I used to be forever sampling my beer during fermentation, but now I just leave it alone, cos I know it's going to be OK!
