anyone have the part number for the 'manifold' & pressure guage?

the part i just ordered which was described as a Barrel Manifold & Guage is clearly not the right bit to attach to the control handle.

My local store has no idea about the system and cant offer any advice, apparently i'm the first person in 6 years to order one!

thanks DAAB,

right i'm a bit confused now... i have the control handle 7050, and the manifold 7034

but... i cant for the life of me see how these work together both ends are threaded male. The manifold seems to be designed to be fitted into the pressure barrel. Which would mean drilling holes in my keg (something i dont really want to do).

Yet in your pics it looks like you have it attached to the control handle? - How did you attach the manifold to the handle?

Been a while since I did this, but I think...
1. Unscrew the brass tube connector from the handle
2. Unscrew the black threaded component from the manifold
3. Remove the valve from inside (pin thingy and spring)
4. Screw the handle into the manifold

ahh ha!

well there's the problem, MY threaded end, it's part of the main 'manifold' bit of plastic and cant be unscrewed (yes i have tried!)

maybe they changed the design?

i might call WW directly... last email i had from Youngs they said:

QUOTE I do not think that the system is compatible with the Cornelius keg. The
fitting are for standard valves on home brew barrels. The Cornelius does
not come into this category.

unless WW/Youngs can supply the manifold than can screw onto the handle without the pressure guage i suspect a coupling will be the cheaper option...

thankfully i do have a friendly engineering chappie who could machine one up for me if there is nothing off-the-shelf

i'll keep ya' posted!

75p from local hardware/engineering/hydraulic suppliers

control handle is 12mm fine (same as hydraulic fittings) the manifold is std 12mm thread. They didn't have anything to directly match them so we used 12mm std on both sides and rethreaded the control handle.

Needed a little PTFE to seal it, but works a treat, SEOT!
