Definitely. My brewhouse (or garage as others call it) has been dry lined and has a vinyl floor from a single piece of vinyl. The amount of water and wort which gets dripped or spilled means vinyl is the only sensible option.

I have thought about this. I've been brewing in my garage for years so have a fairly good idea of the amount of spillage that I create. I am planning to install a large shower tray which drains to the exterior and will confine all my wet work to that. I think it will work.
Looks like it’s coming along well. My only criticism (constructive, of course) is the windows. Especially at the corner. You’ll have birds breaking their necks all day Hopefully a blind on one or two windows reduces daily casualties. A silhouette of a hawk stuck on a window works very well
And if you're expecting to drop nutritious wort on vinyl, it's worth running it a couple of cm up the wall rather than leaving it flush to the bottom of the wall which allows wort to accumulate at the join and nasties take up residence in an awkward-to-clean spot.guypettigrew wrote: ↑Tue Jun 29, 2021 6:06 pmMy brewhouse (or garage as others call it) has been dry lined and has a vinyl floor from a single piece of vinyl.
