Well over a month, but I sometimes bottle the last gallon to make way for the next brew.

Hmm. I would like a gasless system for dispense.
But from an ease of use point, I think bottling really is hard to beat. I now bottle warm, on day 7 and it takes about an hour for 36 bottles.
I also think bottles regulate your drinking a little.
