That's slightly worrying! More than half. I would want a gas valve in mine.

Beardy Unfortunately I dont drive but I have roped my old man and his car into this. With the seats out Im sure I can fit a number in, and I also have access to a trailer, its not huge but every little helps! Thats if his old banger can pull the weight ha.

So I would be happy (space abiding) to bring some down to Ipswich, and then have people pick them up from here if it make life any easier.

skydivedan, I imagine if I have the space for your 10 I could pass through newmarket on my way back...

Hi Caz, I was offering to bring yours down, as I do the run in any case on a fairly regular basis, and I have room in my car for thirty or so :-) But no worries way. In fact, just back from Yorkshire, though this was the Christmas present exchange run as well as seening my parents.

my mother has fairly advanced dementia, so I pop up to see my father to provide much needed moral support' and as my sister lives in Abu dhabi I'm the local child. Though this time my sis is over to visit as well. Just need to decide if I'm going to fit another trip in before Christmas, or do it while I'm off work over the holiday.

That is being rectified, they sent the wrong lids by mistake.

We are trying to ensure we get the correct lids first time around.

To be honest, half of my kegs don't have pressure release valves and it's not a problem, you just release gas out of the gas in post.

I have updated the list with all the above requests

Just looked at the listing and theres a mistake on my amount......probably down to me somehow....I proposed 5 over on the other forum when this was first broached but then when I posted here I asked for 4 instead , seeing as there was so much interest I didnt want to be greedy and further , wanted to be sure that the cash amount was one that I could manage even at an awkward time in my finances . The Big List reads :

shocker - 10

this is incorrect , probably my fault for posting a "want" on both forums and them being added up . It should read :

shocker - 4

so , four , not 10 .

Sorry for any confusion caused guys , you have enough on your plate without idiots like me adding to it

PS I have a land rover discovery (old!) which could carry some if the Kernow boys want to get together on it
