The reliability of these SSR things benefit from selecting an over-rated current unit and over rated heatsink.
I have not had time to fit the heat sinks yet but have them in my possession.

Bargain

I think you would have to fend Ruaidhri off he is looking forward to start brewing.

Mezzanine in place and floor painted.
Partition to build then bund the floor, cover in vinyl fitted with a couple of floor drains. Hopefully find a hole in my work schedule to get this done or it will remain dormant for another few months.
Protective film removed.

The bar has been raised and then raised again. Just needs a super shiny conical to go with it now

My neighbour poped in this afternoon and knocked up some framing for the wee brewhouse, amazing what can be achieved four hours!
I looked at the price of the laminated panels used in bathrooms turns out it would be cheaper for me to clad it in stainless, I then phoned a friend of mine who lays industrial flooring to get some contact adhesive from him and he has offered to clad the inside with vinyl (wet room) , he is a good drinking buddy of mine so he may have a vested interest in this project.

Hot! I have extraction up there (was initially for recirculating hot air from the wood burner down during the winter) there will be two extractors in the brew house vented to outside, I also have a dimpled cooling panel on the FV to control that side of things.

I've only just saw this thread, they look simply amazing.
You can really see the craftsmanship that's gone into making that.

I had a nice surprise when I returned on Saturday , my mate had appeared early and had started applying the vinyl to the walls and floor of the wee brewhouse.
I have bunded the room for any spillage with drains sunk and sealed into the floor also.
All seams were then welded
I decided to keep the control box external to the room.
Happy in its new home

Very nice mate, though a quick question, why would you want the control box outside of the room. For bulk fermentation I could understand but the hotside itself...? I can see that getting annoying as I'm usually all over on brewday and having to leave the room to turn elements on or off or cycle pumps while adding ingredients and the like would annoy me. (but thats me personally)
In any case, an enviable set up, when is the maiden voyage?
