Here is, I hope, an AVCHD video reduced to the superior quality of flv (assuming I've got it right)
The liquor volume was about 25 litres and the grist about 10kg, Room temp was 11C and grist temp 9.4C. Striking temp was 71.5 and initial mash temp was about 65.4C
No dust, no arm ache, I'm not going back from this.
