I made this one last week :

deliberately left space around each coil to alow max surface area for temperature interaction - also was making two double coil chillers to recoup some of the cost of the copper pipe, so no point in using too much!

Outer coil made by bending pipe around a normal size diving cylinder, inner coil around a 'pony tank' diving cylinder.

All done without needing to muck about with putting water or anything in the pipe, just slow and steady bending around the cylinders 8)

Looks good. I've made some very much like that myself, though not always as neatly.

My extra challenge this time was to make it fit through a 6" hole though, so slightly new ground for me and the talk of tight radius bending methods. Fortunately it seemed to work out okay just done normally, so thats good stuff.

EDIT: the question has moved on from the original one, so THIS THREAD NOW CONTINUES THE STORY Hopefully, anyway.
