I've had no problems with bottled beer that's been in there for over a year.
I have 2 arms.... so it isn't like its a problem, if you've only got the one then its a moot point and you should look at the PEGAS tap instead :D

the point of the other arm was you can be doing something else with it when the bottles are filling thus getting the job done quicker like..
- capping the last bottle
- pulling bottles off the bottle tree
- taking a cap out of the sanitser disk and loading the bottle capper
- scratching the head figuring what beerey device to buy next

I use the CPF from Morebeer and it works for me.
It's not the fastest, but I can work it with one hand pretty good.
Once i've got the gas pressure for the keg, and filler itself sorted, I find that I only have to adjust the releif valve on the filler itself once. All that takes only a couple of bottles to get right.
I use two hand to put the filler in the bottle, but then I can hold it with one hand and use the other to load the capper and cap the previous bottle (bench capper bolted into bottle table).
I have got mixed results. All bottle have been carbed nicely, but one batch I think was over carbed and if I didnt cap it within about a second after removing the CPF it gushed out the top.

Anyway I get through bottles pretty quick, and it works for me!

No experience with the beer gun though I'm afraid.

Pretty much what Caz said, 2 hands to start it off then you can switch down to 1 while you sort the next bottle out. If you make a manifold to hold the beer gun and bottle it becomes no handed.

I always wanted to make a manifold, Ive seen a few online. One guy had 4 set up on a board and was flying through bottles.

I just hold mine, after I first push the rubber stopper in the bottle, thats where I hold it while its filling up.
