If I could just find one that is unbreakable I'd be in wort viscosity measuring heaven!

I did see a plastic one for fruit juices but the scale was well out for beer puroses. They do work on a very simple principle of differential floatation though - I wonder if I could make one using a true hydro as a reference source for the initial scaling...... :idea:
