Interesting that you only have to crush once, do you condition it at all?
I was also looking at this as I have heard that crushing the grain twice is a good method, although I have not seen anyone specifically recommend this and the rollers are not geared like on the Bulldog (it seems to be the only mill that has this feature unless you drop serious amounts of money).

Nope. Just put it in the hoper and get cranking. It seems to work- my last mash efficiency was low 80s which I'm happy with. Did some wheat through it last time also.
