That's a good price for that gaz. I wondered if just a 90 degree with a short length of tube into the pot would work and do away with the bulk head connector

I'm sure that'd be fine. It doesn't haven't be a super-tight fit, I've discovered. Just as long as there aren't any big gaps.

I was planning cutting the hole with a 32 mm spade bit that should be fairly tight. Just stick a tea towel around top if it s leaking badly

Well the lid is mostly made how much slope should I put on the exhaust pipes or can I get away with ?
