I quite like the look of the red panel switch that you used for the reset. Could I just use to separate switches red and green ?

Yep, i`ve done a few tests with a temp probe wired into the back of the PID & everything worked / still needs to be tuned etc but cant really do that until everything is in place. You having troubles?

All sorted now cheers. Confusion between the two manuals. Really pleased I set my timer, after a few seconds it powered the panel and the PIDs were trying to heat. Need to learn how to tune them like you say but it's progress. I powered the unit then realised my 'Sparge over-ride' which powers one boiler elements and one HLT element to set the boil going after the first batch sparge was back feeding and pulling the relay in constantly. Simple fix but I don't have a N/O Telemech Contact to hand. Hopefully get one by Friday, mod the panel, get it mounted on the wall in the garage then it's time to clean the garage to make room for the brewstand!!!!!!

I may.... .....I say may..... be brewing by my birthday on the 30th... Of May... May.

I`m waiting on the sensors + 1 more powercon connector to arrive early next week.

The SSR are in postion albeit the 4th one is a bit os a squeeze so may have to move that one.

Any comments welcome on the layout of the board or possible ideas of another / better layout?

Its a DZ47LE-63 30ma I do also have several other devices before the box rated to 40amps, the one inside the box was more of a fail safe option just encase.
