Ok I have this wired up using the (A) configuration at the end of the set period my alarm sounds

the only thing is it also sounds as soon as I turn the power on to the control panel until I hit the start button
If I now want this to fire up the brewery in the early hours what would be the best way to configure this unit.
I was hoping to be able to set the timer the night before to kick the HLT in at say 4am ready for me to mash in at 6am. But I also want to use the timer for my brew session (mash time ect) do I need to use both A & C outputs ?
I am also unsure what options B & D do ?
