I just got offered a £2 refund. I wasn't really chasing any refund, just trying to alert them to package things better for the benefit of future orders from people.

Just ordered two at 13 each. Hopefully the package might be slightly more robust with a pair!

Mine arrived completely flat. Seller refunded me. I explained that they would be best to charge a little more and package them properly in a solid cardboard container.

Just got back from holiday to find two perfectly formed hop spiders waiting for me in a box. That's the answer, order them two at a time.

I got 2 of these, they arrived a bit out of shape but I just bent them back.

They work well but are an absolute b!stard to clean!

Any suggestions?

OK, good news, bad news.

My pair are perfect. Just as the Chinese brew Buddha intended. They'd been sent, one inside the other, inside a carton.

A colleague ordered two at the same time, his were sent singly and both arrived out of shape although still useable. I guess I'm just lucky!

Hi all,

i got one of these on Monday and it arrived flat but with no tears so i managed to get it back into shape.

I am going to use it this weekend and i was wondering how you have cleaned it prior to use.

Cheers

I forgot to, although it didn't seem to have any oil on any of the surfaces. Doesn't seem to have had any adverse effect on the beer (still fermenting, but tastes and smells great).

Had one of these arrive the other day it was very well packaged with foam on the inside, no loss to shape at all and it was only £9 well impressed
