Hey, Fien, pick up the £55 they owe me when you visit....thats what they took off my card, refunded me then took off the card again.

A very dodgy company.

That is exactly why I went for EasyBrew for my first ever online order for homebrew stuff. However it seems that most of the stuff they have on the site is never in stock. They wait for the orders to come in then order it in....that's if you are lucky and get your order.

One other brewer said that when he was in the shop there is hardly anything on the shelves and the guy at the counter just lets the phone ring! So all the times you called he was probably sitting there right by it.

I'd like to know what sleeping tablets they take at EasyBrew to help them sleep at nights.

Anyway, I think Trading Standards need to be told (again) about this company. Contact details are here:

I think I'd be tempted to advertise free cup final tickets in the national press but with their phone number on the ad. see how they like hearing the phone ring 24 hours a day

Well I posted a couple of weeks ago with the same issue. Don't worry (well do if you want what you order to arrive soon) you will eventually get sorted. Basically you have ordered from a business that doesn't have a clue what its doing bout are not as far as I am aware trying to con you. Anyway see my earlier post ashbyp pointed you to.

Come on surely this calls for a stickly guys? Its ridiculous, no one should have to suffer this service unless they sort themseves out. How hard can it really be?

just communicate?

I used to live near Ringwood where they're based. I went down there two weeks in a row on Friday afternoons (the only time I could make as they're shut on weekends) and they were closed both times. Swore off them and started mail ordering. Very glad I did too. Never want to use them.

Same story here. Wish I'd seen that thread before ordering. They took my £35 out of my account next day (22nd September) and I've heard nothing since. Emails ignored, telephone rings and rings and...

As annoying as the possible loss of the £35 is the delay though. Guess I'll have to get some more stuff and brew the Easybrew kits if/when they eventually arrive.
