CO2 woes

Post by DaveR » Fri Nov 10, 2006 11:19 am

Hi Guys,

Now getting fed up of using the silly little CO2 bulbs things. Another one failed to put any pressure in the barrel.

I've got a pub co2 bottle (rough guess it's about 10 to 12" high), but it has been adapted for my mig welder.

What do I need so that I can use it with my 2 barrels (1 king keg top tap, 1 beer sphere, again a top tap)?. Like the idea of the widget world system but seems silly not use the Mig bottle. Not sure if the mig setup is a flow regulator or a pressure regulator. What do I need and where do I get it (my local HBS is OK but this is a bit, erm, homebrew!). And low cost as well!.

Thanks,
Dave

Thanks, DaaB. Looks like a call to Hop and Grape unless anyone's got any other ideas ........
