You're welcome Andy. Now it's no longer sitting outside my garage it's something less for my other half to complain about

Beer mobilty

Post by Belto » Tue Feb 27, 2007 3:27 pm

I am a mobile caravanner and frequently go away with a group of other beer swillers mainly on weekends Friday to Sunday
I have several beers in various stages of development and would like suggestions from experienced traveler's how they transport their ale for consumption in the middle of a field.
Commercial quaffers are very critical of home brewers as you are well aware, therfore I would like to present my ale in the best possible condition (subject to my production process)
Typical quantity would be 25-30 pints, I would like to dispence under pressure as opposed to gravity.
Any ideas/design/photo's greatly appreciated

Perhaps better off starting a new thread ? It's hard to find stuff when a new topic starts up in the middle of an existing chat about something different :D

If you ride a bike and nearly get hit by a caravan because the vanner has forgotten that he's pulling something a lot wider than his car...

If you dont won't to build from scratch, I could recommend these:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Industrial-Shelvi ... dZViewItem

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Heavy-Duty-Workbe ... dZViewItem

easy to mod and up to the loads that brewing can create. 8)

Oh and Phil I like the details you have put on v2 stand, and the CAD was a nice touch. 8)
