Sorry for dumbing down the thread, but can anybody suggest a socket set instead of the 33mm halfords one? Perhaps something from eBay..?. Or sell me a crusader Sankey tool?..... thanks................. Has anybody used a D couple for degassing and an S for pouring successfully? Cheers

D couplers can be used to degas.

If you get stuck with the socket, I can make them up at a cost of £25.00 delivered.

Barneey. I definitely want one of your tools. Please tell me your PayPal and I will send the money to you ASAP. Don't suppose you could tell what S type couplers and CO2 primary regulator to buy as well? Will have maximum of 3 crusader kegs full at any one time conditioning, and probably just drink one at a time.... Getting a bit bogged down. So I think I should buy one high quality stainless S type and a cheapo D type just for degassing? ... Cheers James

I`ll see if I can pick a socket it (if they have them in stock) + will let you know.

Send CaptFred a PM to see if he has any couplers left, if not try Ebay.

Cheers
