Thermometers??

Hi all am now looking at thermometers for the hlt and the mash tun but can't decide what to do either put two built in ones at £23 each or buy a decent £40ish one any help would be good recommendations ect cheers. Paddy.

Are you thinking about the dial thermometers, they do look good! My understanding is that they are to give an indication rather than the final reading, so the cheaper ones are probably fine. For the accurate reading the Superfast Thermopen is brilliant and a reasonable price.
