I'm pretty sure that the problems I have with clearing are largely down to not being able to crash cool and not being able to keep the fermentation at a steady temp, so I've got high hopes for the next brew with TC.

I've finally got round to starting to build my temperature controller - only had the bits for about 6 months. I'm using an ATC 800+, though if I build a second one it will probably be with a STC 1000.
