I've always fancied a grain mill, but they're quite expensive. Uncracked grain keeps far better than cracked.

Do you know how much that one is? Also what's its capacity? If it's quite small crushing 3 or 4 kg of malt could be a bit tiresome!

I've one :D

I buy mine 4 month ago, it's really a very good mill that I recommend for who want to buy one. :P
http://www.web.net/~valley/valleymill.html

it cost me 175.80 euros (include transport), I put 3 kg of malt each time in the hopper.

Program: living at 9.30 AM, visit at about 10.30, then drink a little sample of the beer :P , eating out side together, playing "petanque" B) or visiting something else after, little aperitif ;) and restaurant on the evening :P

I'm not jealous... well I am! :D

I used to have several breweries as clients and prospects when I worked in both the South West and the Midlands of Engalnd. I could go talk business then pick up tips on how they made their brews... B)
