Name that keg / coupler!

Post by dean_wales » Wed Jul 17, 2013 10:26 pm

Hi guys,

Could anyone please identify exactly what fitting there is on this keg and which type of coupler is shown.

They don't appear to fit together? Are they different systems or is someone being stupid?

They look similar so my money is on the keg being s type but the coupler being d type. They are close but but the same and aren't interchangeable.

Thanks guys,

I don't have the keg, a friend just sent me the pics as he was having trouble hooking them up at his bar.

He thought I might know as a brewer but obviously not!

Not sure the names but the coupler is for a Guinness keg and the keg itself is a Heineken keg, different.
