Re: Carbonation &Serving temperatures
I like to serve around 12c. I like about 1.5 volumes of CO2 to get something like the carbonation of cask conditioned beer. The way I go about it is to force carb at circa 12c with the regulator set at 20 psi. I check it after 2 days and if I'm happy reset to serving pressure circa 4-5 psi or the minimum I can to get it out of the keg. This way I've found I don't have to mess about by reducing the size of the beer line or having metres of the stuff looping round the keezer. Pours a pint with just enough head in seconds.thepatchworkdoll wrote:Hi there what do most advise as to the carbonation and serving temperatures for keg beer.
