Dragged my heels a little but have just ordered 2 70 Litre Stock pots and 1 50 Litre Thermo pot, there are saying 4-5 Days for the delivery, think im going to go electric
will start piecing together the other bits needed not

Have a knife ready for the driver, not to stab him but to open the boxes and inspect quickly before signing and accepting, i had one thermopot arrive with some nasty faults, Holes!! (slipped past QC) a 1 second glance would have spotted it, I cant fault the customer service but the process invloved booking a courier to collect before a replacemnent could be sent out.. where if the boxes are opened and the pots interior is glanced at if you have a problem (Highly unlikely) it can go back with the driver on your doorstep reducing the lag in getting a replacement..

Conditioning: nowt
Maturing: Challenger smash, and a kit lager
Drinking: dry one minikeg left in the store

Got my pots all good, I might use propane heaters to start with although i like the idea of PID controlled temp
