Backer Element - Which One?

Hi

I read a lot of Brewers here use these elements, but which one of the Backer would you recommend: The SKS 2.75Kw kettle element or the Haden: 2.4Kw Classic Standard Kettle Element?

The leads are readily available for the 2.4kw elements, the 2.75 leads are rarely available now.
