1.5" BSP element punch

Post by chris2012 » Wed Jun 03, 2015 8:26 pm

I'm wondering if someone could tell me what hole punch I'd need to punch a hole in a vessel to put a
1.5" BSP element thread into the vessel.

For 1/2" BSP i've used a 21mm punch, so I'm guessing for 1 1/2" BSP I'd use a 48mm punch?

That's just right I'd say, a 1.1/2" bsp thread has a major diameter of 47.8mm according to a quick check on the web.
A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.
