Hi all,
I'm changing up my gas line for something a bit more flexible - I would like to use 1/4" flare fittings to connect to the corney and then a 1/4" hose barb to connect up to my line.
I see that the Malt Miller has some SS flare fittings but they have 3/8" barbs which might be too big for my hose..
I saw these on a US site https://www.homebrewing.org/14-Swivel-F ... p_106.html and wondered if anyone knows of somewhere that sells them in the UK please?
thanks
C

What hose are you intending on using and have you ordered it?
Re: Flare/Swivel Hose Barbs
Be careful not to confuse American hose with UK sizing (they measure the inner diameter and the UK the inside).
Brew UK sell fittings for 3/16 tubing as well ( https://www.brewuk.co.uk/catalogsearch/ ... =0&q=Flare ) but there are other potential options to eg 3/8 reinforced PVC tubing, its very strong but much more flexible.

No worries. That's the stuff I am swapping over to, bought some to test and hoping to swap it over this weekend.
